The GH150 is designed for hot stamping of all shapes of bottles/containers at high production speeds. It is suitable for glass containers stamping after screen printing with varnish. All servo motor driven and fast speed make the GH150 ideal for off-line or in-line 24/7 production.

1．Automatic loading system with bottles standing up on conveyor when loading.

Option

Camera vision system for cylindrical products (without registration notch) stamping.

Camera system will decide the start and stop point for hot stamping. Otherwise you need to stamp 360 degree to make sure all varnish is stamped (waste time and foil)
